With the autumn equinox now in the rearview mirror, the colder nights are perfect for sleeping. But the events on the Island this week continue to offer reasons to get out of bed.
Head over the the museum on Thursday night to hear Peter Halperin and The Group Therapy Band. TBD Improv is also on the docket Thursday at the Barn, Bowl and Bistro.
Beginning Friday, Circuit Arts hosts a Studio Ghibli weekend, featuring top Japanese anime features from the acclaimed studio that created My Neighbor Totoro, Kiki’s Delivery Service and many more.
The third annual Sheriff’s Meadow Trail Run takes place Saturday morning along the Caroline Tuthill Preserve.
And through Tuesday, the Oak Bluffs Library is showcasing watercolor prints at its Readers on the Train exhibit, featuring passengers reading on the subway in NYC.
