I am a European and Hawaiian trained male therapist. My practice focuses on wellness massage and bodywork for relaxation, stress management and mind body balance.
You may choose from a handful of specialized treatments: Ancient Lomi Lomi, Esalen, Mindfulness Massage or Customize your own treatment. As well I offer Swedish, MLD & prenatal postpartum care as more traditional complimentary therapies.
My sessions deliver a unique blend of nurturing techniques and movements that relax built up tension in the muscles allowing both the body and mind to fully let go.
In this era of over stimulation from cell phones, computers, children (or parents), etc. this becomes a much needed and wonderfully therapeutic experience that should be a regular part of an overall wellness lifestyle.
Authentic, traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, is a specialty massage of profound relaxation. It nurtures the body thru continuous flowing strokes and brings forth a deep sense of peace, calm and restores balance.
