Come and enjoy a wonderful Vineyard vacation at our newly renovated home. You’ll be located in the Katama section of Edgartown, in a nice quiet area, yet a mile and a half from town and from South Beach. We are also about a half mile from Edgartown Great Pond, a great place for kayaking or canoeing. Our beautifully landscaped home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and granite counter tops. A slider off the kitchen goes to the screened in porch overlooking the gardens.

The living room has updated furniture and a cathedral ceiling for a nice open feel. Hardwood floors are throughout the kitchen and living areas. Off the living room is a separate TV room which is convenient when some people wish to watch TV while others want to talk in the living room.

Upstairs is a full bath and two bedrooms each with a queen bed. Downstairs the bedroom has 2 twin beds, and there is another bathroom with a shower and washer and dryer. There are multiple decks around the house for relaxing or dining, and an outside shower. We have WIFI and AC. I usually obtain the ferry reservations for my tenants who rent in July or August.
